Message from Mars (CONELRAD Jingle): Don Pardo (Announcer) and Unknown Cast [1953]

Incredibly, this 60-second spot manages to fit in a healthy dose of casual mid-century racism, the popular fascination with space aliens and, last but not least, a CONELRAD jingle! Without question, the single strangest PSA of the Cold War. Note: The announcer on this ridiculous spot, Don Pardo, still plies his vocal trade on NBC's Saturday Night Live.
